Topman Cupcakes

So I made some cupcakes for James to take to work, as I mentioned in yesterday's post. They are chocolate with vanilla buttercream topped with white chocolate stars. I had a bit of an issue with the buttercream going a bit too runny! But I found a tip online that says you should fill the piping bag then put it in the freezer for five minutes, I will keep that in mind for next time. So these cakes don't look as pretty as I hoped but there is always next week! Hopefully people will just think they taste nice...
